Our volunteers respond an average of once a day to Atlantic disasters or emergencies that come in many forms - from house fires affecting a few people to community evacuations impacting hundreds. Real, recent examples have included forest fires, storm surges, chemical leaks, derailments and ice storms, among others. Lotomania proceeds defray costs like emergency purchases of clothing, food or medicine, temporary shelter, and training and equipping our volunteers who respond 24 hours a day.
